Why should I support Rebuilding Together Washtenaw?
For the low income, elderly or handicapped in Washtenaw County, properly maintaining a home can be an impossible task. Many of our neighbors cannot provide themselves with even the basic necessities we take for granted. You are an important part of our plans because your help, along with vendor material donations, provides 100% of our funding.
What is my money spent on?
Rebuilding Together Washtenaw does repairs in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, roofing, heating, electrical, plastering, painting, weather stripping, and locksmithing, as well as trash removal, cleaning, and yard work.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Your contribution may be tax deductible. Rebuilding Together Washtenaw is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Consult your tax professional for details.
How do I make a donation?
Checks should be made payable to Rebuilding Together Washtenaw and mailed to:

All contributions will be distributed throughout Washtenaw County unless otherwise specified. If you would prefer to direct your contribution to one particular locale, we currently have chapters in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, Dexter and Manchester. Designate which community you'd like to support in the memo section on the check or attach a note.
How do I sponsor a house?
There are two levels of home sponsorships available:

$3,000 |
Shared sign with another sponsor at the job site. Formal acknowledgement in the Ann Arbor News. |
